REFCT is a rotating fork clamp which is a combination of our fork clamp, HFCT, and our rotator series, 3RE.
Both attachments are designed to operate in the most demanding of environments with dirt, water and salt,
which of course also applies to our REFCT. Our REFCT covers capacities from 1.8–4.5 tonnes. The unique design of this attachment ensures fast torque, large opening area, reduced lost load centre, low weight and optimised visibility through the attachment, which means that this attachment is perhaps the best in the world.
The upper and lower beam of the frame are formed by our specially designed T-profiles. The robust frame construction eliminates play and reduces noise to an absolute minimum. The design allows for the largest opening area in the industry. The rotator offers 360 degrees of rotation and is de-signed with inspiration from the offshore wind industry, including specially designed seals that prevent water and dirt away from reaching components inside the rotator housing. As standard, the clamp has side shift. The clamp valve has double locking and pressure adjustment,
which can be adapted to suit specific handling needs. This ensures safe and controlled clamping. To ensure a synchronous movement of the forks,
the valve has a built-in flow divider.
Furthermore, the rotator unit is equipped with a locking valve that prevents accidental release.
Hydraulic hoses comply with common standards and can therefore be quickly replaced if dama-ged during operation. The strong T-profiles are equipped with replaceable PE liners, which ensures low friction and a long service life. The attachment is also offered in an integrated version.
This will complete the combination between forklift and equipment.
